Many people are holding it until they get home, cause they don't feel alright about using the toilets for nr. 2 at school or at restaurants. I think that's what it's about here and not nr 2 in the bushes...

That’s true but what I do is I use paper towel and put it around and in the toilet seat before I go

Dig a cat hole and poo... wipe with the tp you brought with you and fill in the hole with some of the dirt and cap it off with the grass plug.
