It varies. It's different for everyone. It just goes from small, to bigger. Everyone's different.

Also, if you've measured yours and are worried about the size. Don't worry about it. It grows during puberty. And when the time comes to use it, it matters more what you do with it than how big it is. And I wouldn't compare yourself to the sizes that are often posted here. People on internet forums often exaggerate - saying they're a bit bigger than they actually are - or are an example of selection bias - the people with larger ones will be the most willing to post their size. Long story short, you're probably fine.

Before puberty you should be about 3”. Beginning of puberty usually you’re about 3”-4.5”. In the middle of puberty, anywhere from 3.5” - 5.5” is average. When you’re done growing, average is 4.75” - 6.5” (measured bone-pressed). These are just averages, some guys are a little bigger or a little smaller. If you know what you’re doing in bed, that’s more important than size (but if you’re bigger and know what you’re doing, you’ll probably provide a lot of satisfaction to your partner).

There's no set size, it depends on a person's genetics, etc. Although there is an average for different ages, though these don't always mean you're going to be exactly that size.
