I am 13 years old, and I feel like I may have a problem with the size of my penis.

On the outside, it would appear that I'm really far into puberty and that my penis would be of a decent size - my voice has broken, I have facial hair, armpit, arm and leg hair, however my penis is really small.

When erect, it only gets as long as just a bit more than 3 inches. All my friends, even some of the ones who don't have hair or deep voices, seem to have bigger penises and it seems as if I have the smallest out of all my friends and this is really bothering me.

Do you think I have a problem? What can I do about this?

It’s probably just genetics or just that puberty is different for everyone and things could happen in a different order.

Puberty is pretty crazy with that sort of stuff. One person gets a growth spurt and seems tall and then you do and they seem short. Everyone grows at different rates.

I do not think you have a problem at all especially since you're only 13. I had a friend who was just like you who was pretty developed at 13, and he was already six feet tall by that point. However, he was like you because he had small penis at the time and could not even cum though he was developed in all other ways. It was not until he was 16 that he grew down there to a decent size and could cum. Like the others have said, puberty is really weird, and some things grow quickly while other things happen later. It made no sense that he had an adult-like body by junior high but still was like a little boy in a lot of other ways.

If you are as developed as you say you are, then your penis issue is really not a big deal. Chances are you will get bigger down there within a couple of years especially since you are already ahead of the game now. Your penis is just one small part of you, and your sense of self worth cannot be determined by one small appendage of your body that practically no one sees anyway.

My penis did not start growing until after 14 and now is about 6 inches. We all grow at different rates and things happen at different stages. I did not get armpit hair until after my penis grew.

Don't worry. We all grow at different rates. The average is around 5-6 inches so you should reach that by the end of puberty:)

You are only 13. Most likely you will have a growth spurt again so don't be too worried. I know it makes you feel bad because you feel that you are so small compared to your friends. Just give it time. My biggest growth spurt was between 15-16 so be patient.

Agree with this -- have saw others in showers that are small and the same age. I guess I was one of those that were lucky and grew quick to the size I am but have stayed there since.

nothing, there's absolutely nothing you can do about it tbh; you could shave your pubes for a larger appearance or use a penis pump for temporary enhancement, but there really isn't anything you could do to meaningfully and effectively increase your penis size. its not a problem though, as long as it functions you can please whomever you'd like to please with it

I'm kind of the same, my voice started to change early, like around 12, then I got hairs on the arms and legs but still waiting for pubes :(

Don't worry about it because A) you will prob grow and B) You can't do anything about it even if you don't. We all get what we get. Some big, some smaller. Also as other have said puberty is weird. Like my brother is 17 and still has no hair on his ball but has bush and a full penis. I am smaller size wise but hairy down there. So yeah hang in there man!

A lot of stuff is changing in your body right now and you're only 13.
I'm sure you're dick will grow.
Everybody's body handles puberty differently, and it's important to know that the **average** erect penis size is 5 inches. So you're more than half way.
You're definitely going to be fine dude.

Since you are only 13, you probably haven't finished puberty yet. You will probably grow larger as you get older. Maybe you will never be as larges as your friends. But as long as your penis works and is healthy you have nothing to worry about. Size isn't everything.
