As far as chains go, I really like Perkins. Want Waffles at 2:30 AM on a tuesday? THEY GOT IT.

My favorite restaurant is a BBQ place called Grizzlies. It's in Lacrosse, Wisconsin and they have a few other locations spread out around the Midwest.
