Physical Exam with Others

Does anyone else’s parents go with them to their physical, for some reason my dad likes to be there. I’ve also heard of people who go with siblings (which isn’t as big of a deal) but I always find it awkward when youre sitting there in your underwear/naked or if you get a boner.

Forget bout the boners-they happen.
Usually the stress of a physical exam

one examining me but now if I need an
exam I don't care. I guess it could be
uncomfortable if u r completely naked
but a lot of times u can keep ur shorts on.

My mom usually goes with us. The only time I am naked is when the doctor is checking my genitals. That is usually done with very quickly.

My mom would go in with me when I was younger. When I was like 11 or 12 she started waiting in the waiting room and it was just me and the doctor in the room for the exam. At the end he usually calls my mom in and talks with her in case she has any questions or something.

My first exam after I hit puberty was with my mom in the room, thankfully she left when it was time to drop my shorts. I also got a boner, which was super embarrassing but the doctor said that it was it was normal to get a boner and I got over it.

A majority of my physical is done naked. I start off with my mom in the room with only underwear on. My doctor will ask both of us some basic questions. Then she’ll have my mom step out of the room, and slip off my underwear. For the next 10 minutes or so, I’ll be naked while she does the whole exam. My brother normally stays in the room in his underwear, then takes them off when it’s his turn.

This is basically what happens now when I have to have my annual physical. My mom usually goes with me. But she doesn't come into the examining room. My doctor does the physical. After they physical mom comes in when I'm dressed and talk to the doctor.

Until recently my brother and I were done at the same time. Usually mom with us but sometimes dad. Last one I was solo but that was because my brother had another appointment at the same time and mom dropped him off for that and came back and got me.

Is the age difference ever awkward, or are you guys just really close. Unless I saw a sibling naked frequently/ jerked off with them I would be uncomfortable. Anything beats having a parent in there though.

Same here -- but usually it is Mom that takes me but hasn't been in the room during the exam since I was 10 or 11.

Personally when I was younger he would always peek down there and feel things quickly. but after 12 years old (starting puberty) he began checking down there more extensively and that's when my stepmom started staying in the waiting room.

You used to have your stepmom in there when you got a physical?! 🙈 That would be soooo embarrassing. Even worse than having your actual mom I think. I’d be embarrassed even if my stepmom took me but didn’t come in 😲

For sports physicals it was at doctor office's. Three or four guys to a room. Just take shirt off pull pants down for turn and cough. We did that for one guy, told us he would not dig in our pants so we all had to strip. In high school now doctors come to school and give them in locker room.

I went with my twin sister and parents when we were younger but for the last ones it was just my twin and I. We're not shy and I luckily never had any issues with erections so far.
