I'm not an artist, but so far I've been working on a decent portrait of my girlfriend. Is that a good gift for our one month anniversary or is it too needy or cheesy?

Well I obviously can't speak for your girlfriend, but I know I'd be thrilled to get a gift like that. :)

Yeah I think it is a nice idea but u really
have to b a decent artist or else she may
get insulted. Im not saying ur not good.
IDK but u said decent. Has she seen any
other things u have done and what does
she think?

Pretty unique and thoughtful I think :) I think it’s more about the effort you put in rather than the end result that she cares about - cause it shows you care

"Anniversary" comes from Latin meaning, "Annual" (yearly). There is no such thing as a "one-month Anniversary"

I realize that annus, annī translates to year (I take Latin lmao). Anyways, thanks for the advice everybody

Well, tbh I find one month anniversary gifts cheesy in themselves and even yearly anniversaries a little bit tbh (yeah, yeah, I'm heartless). But I think it would just be a nice regular gift to give to her at any time really. But if you wanna give it on the one month anniversary, it should be fine.

Hi Connor-A lot of people have asked me
about Y I do this. I have a problem with my
eyes and when im typing fast it is easier for
me to make a short paragraph than to go to
the end of the line. My vision gets blurry even
when Im reading long posts. :)
