View Full Version : Favourite terrible TV series

So Blue Bloods has just come back on in the UK. I know it's cheesy, formulaic and arguably just a recruiting advert for the NYPD, but I keep finding myself watching it for some reason...
So, my question: What is your favourite TV series that you know is terrible, but still watch?

It was this MTV show called the Hard Times of RJ Berger. It only got like two seasons, but it got good ratings from both critics and viewers alike, but it's essentially a show about teenage angst and gossip. The main character is caught jerking off by his mom in the beginning of the pilot episode and then the whole school sees his dick, so like, it's kinda funny

Not really serial TV shows but I do enjoy watching some of the old-school (like 80-90s) PSA shows about drugs because it's a laugh how overblown and overly dramatic the scenarios are.

Yes! I watched this for quite a few seasons before I finally had a "Oh come on, really?" moment and stopped watching.

I vaguely remember an Island...? I think that was the last season I watched all of - I realised I was watching it as a comedy after that and there are much better comedies to watch :)

well, a little bit of silly can still be taken seriously, i mean, its not like it was a hard-boiled crime show or something, it was a comic book show after all, but the sillyer it got it kind of derailed into self parody

Totally agree, I really liked that show, probably because I love musicals in general.
