Years ago I was horny and now at this stage I feel horny again. Is it normal? Any suggestions to control this feeling?

I don't c where u have a problem.
We all go through stages of being
horny. It is caused by the ups and
downs of testosterone. I would say
it is stronger in the first years of
puberty and then it levels off a bit.
There r probably ways to try and
control it but I would worry if I
didn't get horny.

Your sexual drive is part of being human. It is the natural desire to reproduce and is in our beings as human so nothing to control or worry about.

Just jack more like i do. Now that it is spring and getting warmer I am hornier than when it was cold and winter. People wearing shorts and halter tops gives me many more boners also.

Depending on the stage of puberty, more hormones can start being released which can potentially cause you to be horny.

I don't see anything wrong. It depends on the moral and it could be the reason. One solution is wanking.

That's interesting what you say about the spring. People wearing less may have a lot to do with it but we're also pretty unusual as a species in that we don't have a specific breeding season.
For the majority of animals and birds, spring is the time to breed so the young have the summer to grow and can then be strong enough to survive the winter. It doesn't make so much difference for us. For a start we have houses to provide shelter during the winter and secondly, our children grow so slowly that it's not going to make a huge amount of difference.
But in the same way we have things that no longer serve a purpose, like the appendix and an internal tail stub (coxyx) so we may have an echo of this breeding season thing with being slightly hornier in the spring than in the winter and a mechanism has even been suggested involving the pineal gland and the amount of daylight.
As to what to do about it, I think go with it rather than try to fight it so just j/o more.

Ok, so my dads in his 30's and I am sure he is done with puberty, we were just told our mom is having twins, so how does a guy over 30 but not past 39 get the urge to have sex if he is not in puberty?

Yeah. I get hornier when it's spring... I don't worry bout it.. Just get hard and jack it. Sometimes gets awkward if I'm busting a boner in class!

Maybe the spring makes us want to reproduce after hibernating during winter? What do I know? I failed science!

Spring with more light and more heat puts us in a better mood. Being horny is often related to our mood.
