I sleep with boxers on and the blinds closed. If it crazy hot in my room, which happens sometimes because the a/c in my room is the weakest of the whole house, I won’t sleep with anything on. Blinds are always closed though.

I wear nothing and at my dads house I'm at ground level so I close my blinds (even tho no one would ever go to where my window is) and at my moms i dont have blinds but I'm two stories up

When I sleep nude (Only in summer) the curtains are always drawn. In the middle of a city you wouldn't get privacy and could probably be arrested for indencency if you didn't.

I keep the blinds in my room closed all the time. However I do walk around the house naked when no ones home and there’s a ton of windows in my house. I try not to worry about it though
