Guys tend to produce more cum as they develop so it can increase in volume with age. As for how long you last, usually guys get better stamina the more used to sexual stimulation but if it really concerns discuss it with your doctor.

how far through puberty definitely effects how much cum you produce in a certain period of time but the speed is mostly determined on the strength of the pelvic floor muscles

Generally speaking, I think your age and what stage of puberty control how much you ejaculate. When you first begin puberty you ejaculate less semen, maybe only a few drops. Then, as you progress through puberty and get older, you begin to ejaculate more semen and usually it becomes thicker and white. Some guys take longer than other to go through puberty.

Yes, how much is definitely related to how far through your development you are. In my case it started with a little and then increased as time went by. It also changed consistency and colour.

That's also what you'd expect from the way our bodies work. Essentially, at puberty, hormones from our brain tell our balls to start working. They make testosterone and that causes everything else to happen.

So, in the same way testosterone causes hair and our dicks to grow it is also causing the glands inside that make the liquid part of our semen to grow and start working. As they grow they produce more. Like penis growth, this process is quick compared to how we have been growing in height etc. through childhood but it isn't overnight - it takes a couple of years.
