I don't think most boys actually make a decision to masturbate. I think that usually at 12 or 13 our bodies make that decision for us. Our penis starts getting stiff a lot more frequently and we inadvertently discover that rubbing it back and forth now seems to feel AMAZINGLY NICE. (My first time, I was innocently just washing my penis in the shower with a soapy hand and discovered, "wow this feels nice!". So I kept doing it, more and faster, and then all on its own it happened!)
So my advice is just start rubbing it back and forth when you get a nice boner and see what happens. Don't say, "I'm going to try masturbation", just start playing with it and do whatever feels nice.

I don't think there is anything wrong physically. If you have wet dreams then the glands that make semen have started working so that means your testosterone level is likely normal. You could ask the doctor to check if you're worried.

If you don't want to, it is not mandatory but most people really enjoy it because an orgasm feels amazing. All that would happen physically if you were to try it is you would experience that intense pleasure and probably want to do it again soon. Reading some of ur other posts u have started puberty later than most. That is ok, you are still in the normal range. Masturbation feels great to most of us. There's nothing to say that you will or won't. All i can say is get some tissues and privacy. And a boner. Rub for a while and see what happens
