sorta. it will definitely affect your apparent size. if you're obese the excess fat can "swallow" your penis, kind of like how tall grass growing around a fence post can make it look shorter. excessive amounts of fat tissue in males can also cause increased levels of estrogen in the system, which isn't great for your junk either.

weight does not necessarily affect your size, it hinges more on bmi and fat content. for example im 5'10 205 and am 6.5 inches, but if i dropped, say 20 or so lbs more of my penis will show making it longer
