I really like this guy and we're like super close. About 2 weeks ago he came over to my house and we were both in my room, the atmosphere was right and everything and we made out. He was really touchy. I don't know how I feel about it as I'm kinda sensitive when it comes to physical contact. (I've never dated/had a boyfriend before so yeah, it was also my first kiss.) After that day, we both didn't speak about it again and it's been bugging me. Like we're not together though I'm sure he fancies me. I'm not sure if he's just waiting for the right moment to tell me he likes me or he's just not planning to at all. I don't know I'm confused somebody help

Go talk to him then :) personally though you shouldn't assume anything when it comes down to a relationship. Did any of you confessed to the other? Did you both agree to be in a relationship? If such conversation never happened, then unfortunately I don't think it's safe to call this a relationship.

Oh I'm sure it feels strange and awkward. If it's not, then it's not love ;) but seriously you should go talk to him, sooner or later. If he loves you back, then what are you afraid of? Right? :) why don't we have a cheerleader emoticon?? YOU GO GIRL!

Easiest thing to do is ask him how he feels about you.

He could have a thing for you, or he could not. Kissing, even if for the first time mutually doesn't mean that you're together. It's just something that's intimate and almost universally enjoyable. (Although I haven't kissed anyone yet, but I digress.)
But there's no harm at all in asking and seeing where it could go. I would imagine it would go very well in this case.

Truthfully he is probably nervous about how you felt about it all. I would ask him about it and let him know your feelings.

Tell him you like him. If you've kissed and it went well then I probably feels the same way about you.
