When I was 12, I was ejaculated for first time in night while I was sleeping. But it was not associated with any sexual dream.

Is wet dream possible with sexual dream?

Generally we only remember if dream if we we woke up during it. That applies to all dreams, not just sexual ones. So, if you slept through it that would explain not remembering a sexual dream.
