Could be an inner ear problem. What you should do is tell a doctor.

It happens to me too, you could go to the doctor if you're worried but it's normal to get dizzy if you've been lying down and suddenly stand up. Some idiots do that to make themselves faint. Try standing up more slowly and you shouldn't feel dizzy.

Maybe a few things can cause these symptoms I would see a doctor and they can check you out.

Sounds like a case of postural hypotension. Your blood pressure drops and not enough blood perfuses the brain due to gravity. Due to the lack of blood flow (and hence less oxygen and nutrients), one can temporarily feel dizzy and in more serious cases, one can even lose consciousness and hurt themselves from a fall. This is called a syncopal episode.

As mentioned before, sit up slowly before standing. This will allow the receptors of the body which detect changes in blood pressure (baroreceptors) to trigger and stimulate the heart to help perfuse the brain. Keeping yourself well hydrated helps reduce the risk of that happening.

For some people, they might have inherently low blood pressure and this predisposes them to higher risk of syncope occurring. In that case, it is best to simply be more careful, learning more about your body and getting used to what triggers these dizzy episodes to avoid them.

Hope that helps.

This happens to me on occasion. But not as often as it used to.

This exact thing happens to me. It's usually a sign of low blood pressure, and isn't inherently harmful. If it bothers you, or if you actually pass out from it, you should see a doctor, but otherwise, it isn't really a problem.

I don't think you should worry, nearly everyone has this. This happens because you are laying in a vertical position or laid back and relaxed. When you stand up too fast, all the blood is basically trying to get everything balanced again, so you may feel dizzy for a moment or two, especially when you are a teen. As long as this goes away after a few moments and has no lasting or painful effects, you should be fine.
