I don’t know if all boys have them, I do some... but its normal. I'm 15 but I would say it’s still normal at 17.

I never have. Do u masturbate a lot? I only thought boys got them as a releae if we dont wank enough

I have not had any, that I know of. My younger brother has. He does believe if he masturbates he is less likely to have them but he also acknowledges that isn’t a full proof plan. Good luck!

I’ve only had a few in my entire life. Some people do but not everyone

i had a few, not too many. i think masturbating helps prevent them, but like others said, not sure that helps 100%

I don't think u can stop wet dreams but
as u get older they tend to ease off. I know
it is like that with me. When I was 13 and 14
I used to have them a lot. I think it is like that
with a lot of guys starting puberty. We have a
lot of cum produced and it needs an outlet and
when u get aroused in ur sleep and get a boner
u wake up wet. It is also like that when u r horny
and masturbating and there is a lot of pre cum. At
17 already it should b easing off.

I get them randomly and it doesn’t seem to matter if I jack off or not. Not much you can do other than maybe wear something to bed that would maybe catch everything?

not all guys get wet dreams but its definitely a minority that don't, try jacking off more to prevent having them

About half of all boys start to have wet dreams during puberty. The other half doesn't have wet dreams during their life at all.

If you don't want wet dreams I would suggest masturbating once or twice a day and that should stop them from happening.

If you masturbate more often, you'll probably have fewer or no wet dreams. I used to get them a lot, and even now in college I still have gotten them every once in a while (but less often now than before) in part because I don't masturbate too often I'd say.

I have had a few --- not enough to say that the reason I got them was because I was jacking off -- the first couple I didn't realize what was happening.

ShineintheDark

I rarely if ever do but I also jerk fairly regularly so maybe it's just cos I don't need to get rid of as much excess cum

To this day I have yet to have a wet dream. That’s probably mainly because I’ve been masturbating since the start of my puberty. I think it depends on the boy

Cassius16
March 12th, 2019, 03:35 PM
I thought every boy did but I think it’s to do with how often you ejaculate. I get them less often now even though I wank regularly.

I had many wet dreams mostly when I started getting puberty a few years ago. Most of the time they happened when I was having sexual dreams. But over the years I have been getting less and less wet dreams. So now, I just get maybe 1 of 2 a month.

As far as masturbating more than once or twice a day, I don't think it really did much to stop getting wet dreams, at least in my case. When I was getting them a lot back then, I was masturbating 2 or 3 times a daysometimes and that didn't seen to prevent them.

I have never had one so that already means they are not universal. The first figure I saw for how many boys get one is about 50% but I have seen other figures since so I am not sure if anyone has done a proper scientific study.

Suffice to say, don't worry if you don't get one. Contrary to what some sex-ed programmes have implied, a wet dream is not a development milestone, starting to ejaculate is and it does not matter whether than happens in a wet dream or by masturbating.

Some seem to enjoy them, some find them inconvenient. There isn't really any sure fire way to choose to have one, or choose not to have them, but there does seem to be at least some association with how often you ejaculate some other way, e.g. by masturbating - the less often the more likely you are to have a wet dream.

Not everyone has wet dreams especially if he masturbates a lot.

Jameson9
March 16th, 2019, 07:36 AM
No they don’t. Wet dreams are usually to clear your system of semen that is back up. If you don’t cum for a long time you will most likely have one

Yeah my friend used to do climbing competitions and once told me of a time where an instructor literally advised to hold off jerking for a few weeks then do it to build up testosterone.

Nope. I've never had one. Probably because I tend to not go more than a few days without masturbating.

I don’t know how many of my friends have a wet dream. They didn’t tell anything and I will not share too. It would be awkward if they knew me to have one in a few days ago. It makes me feel as much pleasure and I could easily focus on my homework now.

I’ve had a couple and frankly they’re a pain to clean up after. They stopped after I started jerking off more regularly though.

I've only had a few and they were all before I started jacking off regularly.

Maybe if your masturbate more often, you will get wet dreams less frequently.
