They're probably fordyce spots. They're quite common.

It depends on the spot. If it looks red, it might not be good.

Lots of guys have spots or a freckle on their penis'. It's very common in fact.

I have a bit of freaclkes in the body of the penis since before puberty, but it does not harm me in any way.

they're most likely fordyce spots, which are caused by overactive sebaceous glands in the penis. they're harmless and very common.

No I’ve never had spots. But my dick does get a little darker in color when I get a boner though.

Freckles? They aren't abnormal, a lot of people have them.

Like a purplish red. Kinda like if you get a bruise somewhere on your body.

Depends on what kind of spots. If they are big and red it can be some kind of illness. If they are small it is not a problem, it’s natural. I may say kinda weird thing but maybe these spots can be the place where pubes still grow. In fact, some men even have pimples on their penises then it is puberty (like on face)
