Not at all. Everyone's different and everyone grows at different rates. If you continue growing throughout puberty you might want to get breast reductions when you're older, but not everyone chooses to take that route. Trust me, though, you're not the only girl who develops quickly.

Like Serenity said; some just start early (by guys standards I started pretty early myself). However don't worry just yet that you're breasts will keep growing untill they're too big! You may just get all the growing over with early and stay this size (or not much bigger) for the rest of your life! And even if they get too big for your comfort; breast reduction surgery is done almost as often by surgeons as breast enlargement!

theres absolutely nothing wrong...some people develop faster than others. right now you are saying "omg, my boobs are too big!! what am i going to do?" while your friends are thinking that they are too small compared to you. its all normal. once you are through puberty, you will see that you are an average size compared to others.
if you are 13 and a 36C now, like ThatCanadianGuy said, your breasts probably wont grow too much more before the end of puberty.

You are just going through puberty at a little faster rate. I started growing boobs when i was 11, and almost grew over night, wearing a 34C bra starting my 13th birthday. When i turned 15 i was busting out of a 38DD. Now, two years later i am a comfortable 36DD, although i didnt have my first period until two months ago. My breasts have stopped growing and have shrunk a little to fit my bra cups.
