How old are you? Are you having stress problems? Don't drink too much liquids after 8 pm

It could be a part of puberty if your bed wetting is not urine. If it is urine going into your bed, then you need to make sure you are doing the following:

1. Making sure you are not drinking before you go to bed.
2. Urinating before bed.
3. Avoiding drinking anything with caffeine at least two hours before bed.

There could be a chance you are having wet dreams if what you have in your underwear/sheets is sticky and thick. That is a sign that you are able to ejaculate.

Well start by seeing a doctor. There are other things that can be done.

I agree with everyone above. If it
continues check with a doctor.

I wet the bed until puberty hit and my penis got larger. I assumed that my penis muscles got stronger to hold my urine. I was 13 when that happened and I stopped wetting the bed.

you need to visit a doctor with this problem.

There could be a number of reasons why this happened. Stress is one. If concerned speak with a doctor

In that case, then this is definitely not puberty related, and I completely agree with the others that you need to talk to your doctor about this. Someone your age should not be wetting his bed, and you might have an overactive bladder. There is no shame in seeing a doctor about this, and definitely get seen especially if you sleepover at other places and still wet your bed.

During the short-term, you should invest in a mattress cover so that your mattress does not get soaked with urine. If you urinate a lot during your sleep, then investing in diapers might not be a bad idea until you can get a handle on your problem.

this is right, bed wetting usually subsides before puberty even begins

You can get diapers that look like underwear for your road trip. Just make sure you have enough with you and simply go to the bathroom and change. I am sure that eventually you will stop wetting your bed.

Although you can squeeze your penis with your hand to stop the flow, that isn't what normally happens when you delay peeing until you are in a suitable place. Normally, urination is controlled by a pair of sphincters - muscles that act as valves. One is at the base of the bladder and is involunary, i.e. it opens as a reflex when the bladder is full. The other is sligly lower, i.e. slighly further along the urethra, the tube that runs from your bladder to the end of your penis, just after your prostate gland. This one is voluntary, i.e. it is the one you can decide to keep closed until you are somewhere suitable to pee. Neither of these is in your penis, they are around the bit of the urethra that is inside the body.

Now, bear in mind I am not a doctor let alone a urologist, but I would expect it will be this lower sphincter that you would unconciously keep closed at night to avoid wetting the bed. Why that should change at puberty I don't know but, as I have already commented, this lower sphincter is at the bottom of the prostate gland and the prostate gland grows during puberty as it starts to make some of the liquid that goes into your cum (semen).

To rhett13, I think it is best to discuss this with your doctor.

Avoid drinking water before bed, and also urinate before bed. Also, stress could be one thing.

If it keeps happening, ask a doctor.

No, actually the muscles that stop urine is not inside the penis. It is located inside your body near the bladder. It's also the same muscle that is used to stop defecation.
