What's the most boring kind of TV program you know?

For me, it's got to be home improvement programs. I don't get what's so exciting about seeing total strangers on TV giving their home a makeover. Good for them of course, but meh.

Yeah I don't find vlogs interesting, whether they're on the net or TV, and the so called celebrities are mostly strangers to me.

Programs where they just cook and don't compete are indeed boring, and yeah, it's not a good idea to watch those shows when hungry, lest you lose control and sink your teeth into the TV. :P

home improvement programs are actually some of the best shows personally, i just like seeing how well their house changes! similar with house selling/buying shows and escape to the country as mentioned above - watching them while all snuggled up on the sofa when you’re poorly is one of the best things to do in my opinion but i’m boring :P

my least favourite is probably the many spinoffs of TV dating shows such as Naked Attraction, Dinner Date, etc. They all just sound so boring and overemphasised for TV purposes (which they are). Can also agree with “real housewives” and kardashians, it’s all just a big flex on how much money they have.

I agree on this part. xD Can't really see how it's possible to get hooked on shows like Kardashians or other reality soaps.

if shopping channels count, then that is what I like the least. I have TV in my room and I have all the shopping channels turned off so I skip over them. But I hardly watch TV anyway I most stream shows and movies on from the internet.

I also never ever watch game shows. I'd rather do homework than watch a game show....lol :P

Shopping channels aren't very exciting, true, but I'd rather watch those than home improvement shows. :P

Tim Allen's sitcom before Last Man Standing, yeah. When I was first reading the posts here about Home Improvement shows that's what I thought of, not remodeling and stuff, but those are boring for sure, yeah.

I agree, I enjoy cooking contests like Masterchef and the like, but just watching someone cook and talk to the camera is boring af.

He argues with people who have serious mental problems as if yelling at them and telling them they are crazy will some how convince them that they are wrong. If a person truly has a mental problems, having Dr. Phil lecture them does help them one bit. They need a real doctor, not a TV doctor.
