Just do what I do, jack off. I will come out of my room naked now, I was shy around 8 and 9 but when 10 hit I started going in my briefs or shorts more. With middle school I am more comfortable with nudity.

Just get used to it. After a few days or maybe a week it was ok for me, I had much less boners. Sure I didn't sleep much at firts because of the boners but it always eventually calmed down.
