I wouldn’t know. I’ve only ever done things with a girl. But I would think it isn’t, just be more careful. I don’t know really.

The risk is more or less the same especially if both partners have not been tested for STDs and are sexually active.

The risk for STD's is the same doing either oral sex thing. Both male and female privates have mucous membranes as does your mouth.
