Whats everybody wear to sleep in?

I live in Upstate NY so we're right in the middle of winter but my mom keeps the heat on high and I always get warm and sweaty when I am trying to sleep. I normally wear pajama pants and a shirt but have been getting way to warm and the shirt also makes me feel like im being suffocated or something.

Is it weird to sleep nude? I've always been curious about it but I have a fear of someone walking into my room in the morning which has happened before in the past. Whats sleeping naked feel like?

As for me it depends on the temperature.
From pyjamas in winter to sometimes nothing in summer, and just gym shorts with or without a tee-shirt in between. If your room is warm even in winter, you can also sleep nude in winter.

It is not weird at all. It feels good and refreshing. I also feared someone could see me, so I decided to close the door. Knock before entering.

Most often I sleep in a t-shirt and my briefs; sometimes if it gets too hot in the summer then just my underwear; if too cold I also wear pajama pants and sometimes even also a sweatshirt if cold enough.

But I never sleep naked, at the very least I have my underwear on. That said, I hear many sleep naked, so I suppose it wouldn't be considered weird to do so if you wanted to, of course theres a likely chance someone would see you naked sooner or later so just be prepared for that.

I usually sleep in a tee shirt and pajama pants during colder months and in the warmer months i'll wear shorts instead. I would sleep naked or shirtless during the warmer months but i share a room with my little sister so there's little privacy to do so

I used to think it was so strange to sleep naked and never understood how people did it. About a year or two ago I thought what the heck and gave it a shot. Ever since I’ve slept naked every night. I honestly cannot explain how much better it feels having no restriction and just being free in the sheets. So I live in a pretty mellow environment in Cali so I don’t get super cold nights so I’ve never had a problem of being too cold sleeping naked. If you want to go for it do it, I bet you’ll love it.

Yeah, it was the same for me at first when I had do it during the last heat waves. It could hardly sleep because of the boner and the heat.

But then you get used to it after a few nights, and then no more erection during the whole night. And it's much better lol

Update: I'm trying it tonight and am setting my alarm to wake up earlier than my mother. It's great so far, so much less constricting.

Not weird at all. I sleep nude all the time and my whole fam does too
Biggest piece of advice is to try not to think too hard about other people caring how you sleep because it's your sleep

Also you won't get a good rest with that in your subconscious of being "caught"

I know for me I'll be under my covers and will wake partially out or fully out of my covers and I've been seen numerous times it comes with the territory

I enjoy sleeping nude. I also crack my window year round and run a fan year round and live in upstate NY. I feel so free. My mother issue was solved when she did come in and saw my butt. Dad was like, he’s a teenage boy, you gotta give him privacy. So, she no longer comes in without knocking, asking, and waiting for my reply. My brother and cousin come in but we are all cool with each other being nude and stuff.
