I don't know if this should go here but has anyone ever heard of a guy having three testicles? While at a gym I saw a guy that seemed to have an extra one. It seemed a bit unusual to me.

If so it doesn't seem right.

If there's something extra down there, it should be checked out by a Doctor. 3 does sound unusual. A tumour sounds more likely

Yes it would be possible. Some guys are born with only one testicle so I think it's possible to be born with 3 also. But like others said it could be a growth or tumor too. I had a friend in high school that had testicular cancer so young guys can get cancer too.

I think it is a birth defect that some people may have.

"Only around 100 cases have been reported in scientific literature" one website says about having a 3rd testicle, it was probably just a swelling of veins called a varicocele or an ominous lump.

Indeed, while prostate cancer is generally and old man's disease, testicular cancer is primarily a young man's disease.

Still wise to get it checked out.

It is called polyorchidism. It is a rare medical condition that only 201 cases in the world are known.

He probably had a loose scrotum, or possibly a tumor.
