I have bike, mcdavid and adams... I like the adams jock the best, but I don't know if they make it anymore. Last time I needed to buy a new one they didn't have that kind.
They're all the wide waistband kind - regular jocks. I used to have a cup jock for baseball when I played.

It's just another brand of jock - good, heavy duty kinda one I guess. I just use regular like elastic ones, not ones with cups.

I just wear one for sports and running, stuff like that... I feel like it'd be kinda uncomfortable to wear all day, too tight.

I have worn one and really never liked them. I used to like wearing just a pair of tidy whitey briefs better.

I have several of the duke pro wideband which are really nice and cut a bit bigger pouch but really support nice. Also have some Gym and Omtex . Duke is a bigger pouch but supports really great. Prefer the widebands for Sports running and stuff. Have a few narrow 2" band bikes I wear under my jammers for swimming.

For football I have a Bike jock. It was a bit of an odd feeling at first, but it holds everything in place. However, for p.e and sport in school I normally wear Under Armor compression shorts.
I like them both, but the shorts are warmer in winter. Also, at school no one notices shorts, but I think some lads might point and stare in the changing room or worse, I could get pantsed outside.
My football team (Saturday & Sunday league) there's a mix of ages, so generally more mature about things. It was one of my older team mates who encouraged me to try a jock.
I've also got a couple of CK jocks, that aren't much good for sport, but I like to wear them under my skinny jeans.

Never worn Ck but I have several bikes and some dukes I wear for soccer and flag football. I also started wearing from a team mates recommendation. Just give it 2-3 weeks of wearing one and ya get to where you prefer to wear one over compression.

The very best I have found which are really comfortable are the gym / bike widebands or the Duke Pro.. I have several of those , and have sometimes worn it all day depending on my practices and sport events.

Ouch! I guess you would like feel the cup hitting you as the ball hits the cup. I’ve heard you gotta make sure the cup is big enough, if your junk is touching it then you’re in trouble. Do you wear an adult cup or some other size?

to be honest I have never worn a jockstrap. I am interested to try one but I don't think my parents would really be very happy that I came home from the store with a jock strap. My mom especially is weird about that kind of stuff, she doesn't really like it when I experiment and buy "weird stuff" like that as she says.

Do you play any sports? Even if not, you could say it's for PE class or something like that, running/working out?
They look a little weird (especially probably to your mom) but at the end of the day it's just athletic equipment... kinda like a sports bra for guys really. It's for protection and comfort when you're doing athletic stuff.

I don't right now, but I was in PE all thru middle school & my freshman and sophomore year of high school. No one else at school wore them, I always just saw guys in regular underwear in the locker room.

If it's too weird you don't gotta actually wear it for PE, I guess... That was just a thought - one of a few possible reasons guys would buy a jockstrap (besides just being curious, which is OK too) and something you could tell your mom. More guys probably should wear them (or something similar) but don't cause of this whole awkwardness thing.

my testicles are usually pretty close to my body normally so I dont have a lot of troubles with bouncing and stuff. Usually a tight pair of briefs works for me.

Mine stay pretty tight normally but they tend to hang lower when I’m hot... like playin sports and stuff. So I’m ok with the extra support then. Can get away with out anything too tight for every day at least.

Oh yea, Gym brand is the new bike. Made the same way. Still sell the classic wideband design to. I have a few of those but mostly wear the duke pro's . Support and it feels great and there comfortable.

We don’t have a choice for PE class. Since I have the jocks anyway, I prefer to wear them for track and xc. They are a lot more supportive than briefs.
