toxic friendship

I spent the last year with this "friend" of mine and recently we had a final issue between us that might have broken our friendship. I just cannot understand him as a human being, and I think he's distancing himself away from me. He is being very condescending to me and when I try and start conversation all he asks is "why are you so interested/why are you asking me?". It angers me so much.

I don't know what to do. How can I say goodbye? I've tried too many times to fix this friendship.

If he is distancing away from u-Run.
If u cant fix the friendship after all the
times u tried then-Run. Yeah its hard
to say goodbye if u still have feelings
but seems like the friendship is going
sour. Try and move on-there r other
friends to make.
