do u like me and c how she reacts.
If she says Yes then say that's Cool
and u were shy to ask.

You should get to know her first. Not only does it give both of you a chance to get acquainted, but things will be less awkward for her.

I agree completely with Croconaw. It's almost always a good idea to get to know someone well before approaching them with romantic intent, both for your sake and theirs. After all, it can be kinda disconcerting to be randomly told that someone likes you.
