Hey!
As long as I remember I have some trouble with my foreskin. It's not a problem that it's too tight or other stuff like this. I have a lot of overhang skin and it covers whole glans when I am soft. It makes me feel very uncomfortable as it causes a lot of smegma and a smell despite I shower 2 times a day.
And now there is my question. Is it possible to tighten foreskin (so it's covering 1/3 or 1/2 of glans) without surgical methods, just by stretching or leaving it retracted for a long time? And if yes then how? Or is it possible to permanently retract? (As I wouldn't like to be completely cut as it's painful and uncomfortable after surgery)

I do not think there is a way to permanently retract your foreskin because that would more or less be a circumcision.
No question you have a hygiene issue, and you need to find a way to best keep yourself clean. Your issue is worth a visit to your doctor or medical professional to see how to handle your long overhang with your foreskin. I think if you can deal with your hygiene issues, then being uncomfortable will go away.

I have an overhang to, but I retract mine and hold it back whenever I’m in bed basically and it’s gone pretty dry and never gets smegma, sometimes it gets smelly though. If it wasn’t because of the price, I’d happily get circumcised as I like the look of my giants exposed and I’m prepared to let someone take a blade to my foreskin if that’s what it takes for permanent exposure. Unfortunately, there’s no way to tighten it, so your only option is to get a partial circumcision if you want the excess removed. Sorry if that’s not what you wanted to hear.

It sounds more like a hygiene issue. I've got overhang and used to have that issue sometimes. You just need to pull it back when you pee and clean really well once you ejaculate.

No I think think it would take a surgery to partially remove some of your foreskin. I would talk to your doctor about your smegma problem. They might be able to help you.

there is something called autocircumcision (aka permanent retraction) and that will help your smegma problem since the glans will be constantly exposed; you could also do stretching exercises so that the foreskin isn't as tight, I added a photo, but there's no real way to tighten your foreskin that im aware of

Well you can try keeping your foreskin permanently retracted and it'll get rid of the smegma
