About a year, he might know i know, but idk, i can see it but most of the time i dont really pay attention because he is doing his bussiness. He does make noise but he is finished after like 3-5 min. It doesnt seem weird since all boys masturbate.

Although I made the comment about parents surreptitiously watching not being normal I don't see a problem between the two brothers. We're told that masturbation is a private activity but really means you don't do it places where other people have no choice but to witness it, whether they want to or not, and may therefore be made uncomfortable by it. So you wouldn't do it in the street or in the school classroom etc.

That is not the same thing as saying you must be completely alone. One's own bedroom is supposed to be one of our more private places, second only to a locked bathroom, and many guys prefer to j/o in bed rather than in the bathroom. When sharing with a brother, the arrangement is completely up to the brothers concerned.
