there's no absolute way of answering. If you've developed early (10 or 11) you may already be done. If you've started later (14ish) you may still very well be developing

It depends when you've started.

I wouldn't worry too much about it, you've still got a few years of puberty!

mine grew from 5 to 6 in one year, so it can happen. Size doesn't matter, that's what they say as long as it's atleast 4 inches.

Yeah! You probably are a late bloomer. If you want to see for sure take a tanner calculator test and those can help you find out how much growing you have left.

You probably still have time to grow.

It might. It'll probably never be one of those 7-8 inchers every 13 year old claims to have, but don't worry. It's not the size that counts. There's more to sexuality than how long your penis is, and there's waaaaaay more to life than sex.

4.5" is the lower average so it's not so bad. It allows you to do all the stuff you need.

Although I don't really know whether or not it will increase in size I'm sure even if it doesn't it will be fine. 4.5 inches is actually quite average. I wouldn't stress too much because honestly there's not much you can do about it and really it's not too big of a deal.

The average growth ends around age 15. You might have some time if you're a late bloomer or lucky, but 4.5 isn't bad at all either.
