Bigger -> lower usually because of weight/gravity
Temperature is a big factor, colder it is, the tighter up they will be and hotter the looser/lower
Also an age thing old men will have them swing around like a pair of apples in a net bag

How do you measure how big your testicles are? I'd like to know cuz I always think mine are smaller than most other dudes my age. I've seen younger guys with big saggers and it's kinda intimidating.

As for me, mine usually hang pretty low and a little past my peen. One hangs lower than the other which is normal. Some guys look like they have a full sac or more "meatier" testicles if that makes sense. Mine aren't like that...its like a a globe grape on a skinny vine, LOL. I don't think my sac looks "full". From these posts it seems most guys have tight balls and pulled up close to their body.
