I've slept naked a lot at sleepovers with close friends and there is not a lot to it. Yeah, we either just undressed from what we wore that day to nothing and got into our beds, or we were already naked from swimming in some cases. No one mindes being seen naked but no one got a boner so far either. I don't think it would matter.
Luckily I never have wet dreams but it would suck having them at a friends house!
