Your statement, while having no basis in fact, seems to suggest that due to one's age, your less likely to masturbate or you will masturbate less often.
It' possible that older teens may masturbate less but that's usually because they have a sexual partner. But other teens that I know who are my age or older (17-18) and that have no sexual partner are jerking off as much as ever.
