95% of the guys I've been with are uncut, so that's normal for me.
Circumcision is popular only in very few countries (like the USA), in most of the world uncut guys are the common currency.

I've only seen my dad and my cousin and theirs are just normal because we don't cut them in this country. They look weird but I think that's probably because they all do and my cousin's looked really funny when I saw it when it was like bigger than before

In my area 99% are circumcised so that's what seems normal to me. Uncircumcised looks weird and unappealing to me.
