Delay in Puberty?

Okay so I'm 16. And I am like really far into puberty. Hair everywhere you can imagine, I can grow a beard in a week, people mistake me for my dad on the phone, and I'm 6 foot tall. However, my dick is so small when I'm soft. It's barely 3 inches sometimes, but when I'm hard its about 7.5" (yes, I have measured, lol). So is there a delay in my puberty? What do you guys think?

Erect: 7 inches

Hair growth - yes often related to puberty but is also genetic.

7.5" is a big size hard - I'm only 6". In terms of your soft size (I'm similar), there are mainly 2 types of people - growers or showers. We are both growers in terms of when we go from soft to hard, there's a fair difference in size. Showers tend to be bigger when soft, then don't change that much when they get hard. You are completely normal.
