But there are similar things like edging games on the web where it tells when to start and stop and stuff. I'm not sure on this, but I think the difference between cumming fast and premature ejaculation is that with premature ejaculation you start to cum suddenly and without even feeling it coming on. You have no chance to slow it down or stop if from happening.

Cumming fast, I think that's more of a factor of how turned on you are, how long it's been since you last ejaculated, and how intense the stimulation to your penis is.
