Is anyone else excited to see the live action remake of The Lion King? It looks amazing!!!

It definitely looks good, and I do intend to see it. However, I doubt it'll live up to the original.

I agree with you. I've only seen the original when I was little. I haven't been able to find it airing on TV (we just got DirecTV Now) and it's like $30 to buy on disc. Grrr haha

Yeah, it's kinda crazy that it's not more available, since it's such a popular movie, even to this day. xD

True, they're quite the money-grabbers. xD

Still, the new Lion King looks amazing. Not sure if I'm gonna watch it in a theater/cinema, but I'm definitely gonna see it one way or another. :)

Yes!!! But isn't live action kinda not accurate advertising? Most of it looks animated. Just in a different way.

Wikipedia says that it's a "photorealistic computer animated" film :rolleyes:
