Friend Zone

So, I've been friends with this gal for a while, we text almost everyday. We've hung out with friends (we are in the same group of friends). I've liked her since about 6th grade, when we became friends. I don't know what to say, I don't know what to do! I wanna ask her out but I can't. I don't know if she likes me and I wanna still be friends with her. Which she might not wanna be if she says no. Please tell me if I can do anything. I just don't want to lose her by being in the friendzone. Any input is appreciated. Thank You.

I'd say just to go for it, you never know what could happen. If your friendship with her dies just for admitting you like her. Then it couldnt possibly be worth having in my opinion. Im still friends with girls Ive asked out, of course we joke about it from time to time, but in the end, we're still friends. This is my advice to you, now go, my padawan! :D

I totally agree with this. You never know. She might say yes or she might say no. You have to ask to find out. Just be casual and don't do anything overly crazy - just somewhere simple, like a movie or something.

The "friend zone" does not exist in my opinion. It's just what you choose to feel. And then somebody made a name for it so it felt even more concrete. I completely agree with EternalGalaxy, you won't know what the water is like before you dive in!

Ouch-that's a tough one. As a teen that's also been in the Friend zone A LOT (girls just don't like Yugioh players these days for some reason) my advice is- you gotta act quickly. Let her know how you feel, woo her, tell her your feelings and be nice to her. That's the best way really.
