Yeah for boys starting signs before the age of 9 is precocious or early puberty. For girls is 8. By your 16th birthday, if there's absolutely nothing, it's delayed puberty. I had my first cum and pubes at 10, and do have friends at 13 with absolutely nothing. it does mean that 13 is a funny age, as U could have boys that are taller hairy, and a good boner, and boys that have absolutely nothing. There's been various studies over the last 100 years the age is coming down. A number of years ago, girls getting pubes at 8 was rare. I read somewhere, it's now 1 in 8.
I've also fund on this site that different things happen at different times and rates. Anything from boys that cum still smooth, to boys that have pubes for almost a year b4 cum. Cum that can be clear for months initially to cum that is white almost immediately.
Some of it is genetics, so if u know if Ur dad started late, or have brothers that were late it's OK. If you have absolutely no signs, you could speak to a doctor, though I suspect they would do nothing for at least another year given Ur age. In answer to the original question, I think I ejaculated for the first time around 12. It's hard to judge exactly when though. I pre-cum a lot so it was kinda hard to distinguish those early small, weak watery cumshots from just the orgasm penis contractions pushing out some more pre-cum left in the pipes.
