How does comparing work?

How does comparing sizes with a friend usually start? (what causes it)
Does it come up in conversation?
And what happens? (do you get fully naked, do your penises touch etc)

I've wanted to try the same but can be too shy. I've read it can happen at sleepovers, or watching porn, or just tying to start with a passing comment and seeing what happens
In terms of what happens is entirely up to what U and Ur friend would want. U may find Some would want to do it separately some want to touch. Going all the way would be a bit extreme
U could just ask Ur friend what he thinks in general. If he's keen, take it further. If not vrush it off as a passing comment
