I have seen a few other boys at the swimming pool, what I noticed the most was a boy who was like 4'6 or 4'7, he looked like 9-10 yo but already had pubes, a little bush already. On the other hand, i saw a boy who was 5'7 or 5'8 and who had none, and his willy hadn't started to grow, quite surprising considering his height and age

I've barely seen any one else being cut, except for one, who told me he is jewish (i didn't know then)

We didn’t have to start showering for PE till high school. But it was a little surprising seeing everyone all at once.. some guys were very developed , others not so much. Pubes less pubes (most people had at least a little), cut uncut... all varieties lol.

I went out for basketball in 7th grade. After practice we all took showers, I was shocked to see friends with big dicks and pubes and I thought i was less developed. I noticed the boys who were more developed didn't try to cover up compared to the boys who weren't.

Weren't required to shower in middle school. There were showers but nobody used them. In high school, some of the schools I was in did have showers and we were required, in others we weren't. But in all cases it was extremely awkward to be naked around your peers. I can't say I intentionally tried to analyze everyone around me but by high school most people already had some level of pubes and general development, etc. I think out of the corner of my eye, once or twice, I saw a guy with a boner, but it's not like I actually stopped to stare or anything.
