My body is rapidly changing day by day. I am trying to come to terms with my body cause I am ashamed of it.
I am not one of those nudist or exhibitionist type of people but if I had a nice body I wouldnt mine being seen naked.
So I tried something this morning that didnt work but it opened the door a little. When I woke up I pulled off my underwear which is all I sleep in and laid on top of my bed naked no covers. Mom eventually come in and was embarrassed and asked why was not wearing any clothes. I explained and she said no get my pants on. Dad found me moments ago in just underwear and told me I am only allowed to just be in underwear when sleeping and naked only when changing or bathing.
How did you become comfortable with your body?

I don't think I'll every be comfortable enough to be naked around my parents!
I'd say sleepovers with friends helped me, like when we sleep in our undies or changing or whatever.

I never had a sleep over. I went to a friends and he is the only person besides parents who have seen me bare nude. I am really shy.

Whoa! Here's where we need to start. Saying you're ashamed of your body is way different than being modest and not comfortable with others seeing you naked.
Can you better explain what it is that makes you feel you're ashamed of your body?

If you are really shy, what was the situation or what were you doing where this friend saw you bare nude? (You don't have to be seen bare nude by anyone, especially if you're shy about it. So, how did you end up being nude where he could see you?

Several things, for instance my toes are getting longer and my butt is getting plump instead of being narrow. and my chest of course. I am happy I am not fat but still I want my body to look at certain way like a swimmers body. My close friend is the only one who said he didn't care what I looked like.

I got comfortable by being naked with friends in school or at the pool or skinny dipping together.

Swimming, Bathing, changing, and sleeping is the only time I am shirtless. Swimming is the only time I am seen shirtless in public.

It is too bad that your parents were so tough on you for being naked in bed since a lot of guys sleep without clothes. I would not feel badly about that.
You ask a tough question about how to become comfortable with your body, and I do not think there are any easy answers. The best I can tell you is to understand is that you're developing and that all because you may feel awkward now that you will be fine as a finished product. You're growing now, and few folks look good during puberty. When it is all said and done you need to value yourself and what you have to offer as a person as opposed to how you look on the outside. Personal looks change, but your personality is what is most important meaning that you have to make sure it is a good one. If your personality is good, then everything else will fall into place.

I'm still pretty insecure lol, but I went skinny dipping with my friends once, and that helped a bit :)

I'm still not comfortable with mine. I gained weight, then grew a lot. Thinned out for a while... Then gained some weight again. I wanted it to stop smh. But I guess it's just part of growing up. If you want to look a certain way though just make sure you eat healthy and do some exercise. That's what I do, I never was really out of shape. But I still don't feel secure with where I'm at. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens in time. I would never let my parents see me naked. Me and my friends change together though. They are all pretty cool so its not too weird.
