Nope not in my experience. I usually sleep face-down so when I have a wet dream I just wake up afterwards and my hands arn't touching down there. Think of it like a porn scene a guys mind makes up until the wet dream happens.

Wet dreams usually occur with no or minimal physical stimulation - i.e. the guy ejaculates without touching himself.
