Chest Hair?

Hey all,

So I was wondering if/when everyone got their chest hair in, proportional to when everything else happened during puberty? Because I grew in all my other body hairs pretty quicly, probably before high school. But it took until 17 just to get stomach hair and I didn’t really get any chest hair until 19. I’m pretty hairy too so the timing just seemed odd to me. Curious to know what anyone else was like!

Hey man, chest hair is just one of those weird things... Its different for every guy and some never get it af all, I was surprised to get mine because my dad never had any. I started my trail at 14, got nipple hair at 15, and finally actual chest hair at 17, it was rare for guys in high school to really have any although some might have shaved. I am 20 now, and it is still spreading out, my trail is more of a round patch on my stomach, although the trail is still darker and thicker. Last summer it finally started showing when I would wear a low v-neck or a tank top. .. Not really sure how much I am going to end up getting, it seems to spread a lot and then does nothing for awhile... I'm guessing it will fill in some more though, as my facial hair still hasn't completely filled in yet either

I had a happy trail at 14. Grew a few
hairs around the nipples at 17 and now
im getting a few dark hairs in the middle
of my chest. I expect more to grow.

I’m 16 and I don’t expect to get chest hairs for at least another year. I do have stomach hair though and my happy trail grew when I was 14/15, its quite thick now

I had chest hair when i was 15, i was really shy about it too because i was so young. Now i’m 18 and i’m super hairy on my body

I just turned 16 this month and i have thin hairs growing on my chest now

It's pretty odd because my dad doesn't even have any

The chest is often the last place to get "hairy." And of course some guys don't get hair there at all.

I'm 16 and don't have anything beyond fuzz. My dad is in his 50s and has almost no chest hair. So there's a chance I may never get much.

My family genetics say I probably won't have much body hair. (Luckily I get to keep my head hair)

Looking at my Dad, Uncles, Grandpa, Older Cuz's I probably won't get any. They don't have any.

Guess I come from a smooth chest'ed line of guys..

15 and I am now starting to grow some on my stomach. But I have none on my chest, I don't think my dad has any so I might not grow any. However, I have seem some boys the same ages as me who have chest hair so it's really dependent on your body and genetics.

I'm hairy for my age. I got visible stomach hair and chest hair when I was 13. I was shy about it, feeling way too young, so I shaved it almost every day. Now I'm 14 (15 in March) and I stopped shaving a few months ago. I don't really mind being a hairy boy anymore. Now I have a very hairy chest and stomach. My dad was also very hairy when he was 14.

I'm 17 now and starting to get some on my chest and my nipples and even my stomach. Honestly I kinda feel like a real man now, but I never have my shirt off in public like at the beach or places like that so I don't have anywhere to really "show it" if ya know what I mean.

Don't even have a trail yet and don't shave face so don't think I have that yet. I'm 15 so maybe later but Dad doesn't have much either.

I was 13 when I start getting the first bit of hairs, by the time I was 15, I was covered :)

none at 17. Did not mind it at all when I used to be skinny..I've got a bit of belly chub and boob area is thicker now...so a bit of hair would have been nice...no such luck.

That sounds about right for me. I have noticeable leg hair at 14. My chest hair starting growing in around 16 and you could tell if you were up close. By 17 it was more spread out and pretty noticeable. Now my torso is fairly well covered and it blends with my happy trail. My body hair grew in phases with chest hair being the last. My older bro is 22 and has way less chest hair than me so everyone is different. But my cousin is 19 and has chest hair similar to mine. Hope that helps.
