What seems to be true is that not every uncut guy does it, but some do. I've been in the habit of it since I was little.

Sometimes I do that, but maybe because I hate toilet tissue getting stuck to it when it happens lol. It tends to be fine most of the time anyway.

Whether you need to pull it back to aim depends on how long your foreskin is. If your foreskin is short, so the hole in the end of the glans is fully exposed, then you would be able to aim without doing anything to your foreskin. Likewise, if your foreskin is long and overhangs the end of your glans it can make a kind of funnel which also means you don't need to do anything to aim.

If, like me, it is somewhere in between and can sometimes partially cover the hole in the end of the glans, then leaving it where it is would mean aim was a bit random so, to avoid that, I pull it back far enough that hole is fully exposed.

As for wiping the glans with toilet paper, I personally don't. It does seem like there a good chance of the toilet paper sticking there. Shaking it off should be enough.

Some of my foreskin is still fused, but when I can pull it back to pee I will. I have ways of helping it clean but not pulling it back does not sound right.
