So tomorrow I have a date with this girl that I like, and this time when asking her I actually used the word “date” for the first time. Now as the time is drawing closer, I’m having questions in my head.

1. Should I tell her that I’m looking forward to our date? I feel like it might be a kinda weird thing to say, but idk
2. Should I outright tell her I like her? If not, then what should I do so she knows for certain I do?

I think the fact that you asked her out to spend time with you should be signal enough that you like her, or are interested in her. There's really no reason to come right out and make your feelings the sole purpose of the encounter. Just go out and have a nice time, see how things go...if you think you have a connection...then maybe at the end of the night you can tell her that you really enjoyed your time together and that you like her.
