before puberty they are really small and up against your body. When they "drop" they move more freely in Ur ball sack at the base of Ur penis and start to grow. If u feel down there can u feel like two small marbles?

Yes Maxbreak described it perfectly. So if your testicles are down in your scrotum then they have dropped.

I don't think that's right.
I think our balls dropping is BEFORE we are born, and our testicles drop into our scrotum from inside our body. They go down the inguinal canal. I think I've heard that sometimes boy babies are born and their testicles haven't dropped yet.

What the others described above does happen to some boys, but for a lot of boys their testicles are already descended by the time they start puberty.
The term "balls dropping" is just a reference to someone having started puberty.

Yes, "balls dropping" is metaphorical, used to refer to going through puberty. Part of puberty is the testes and scrotum getting bigger and for some that does involve the scrotum becoming looser and allowing for more "hang", for some theirs were already able to hang--they were just smaller.

Your balls should be in your ballsack way before puberty. If your balls still stay up there after infants, it should be manually positioned by surgery.
If not, testicular cancer risk from having ball(s) up there is huge. Besides, too long up there and you're probably infertile.

Your Sack will get "bigger" and your balls will also, they will "move" down more into the sack. ie; Drop.
Your balls like a cooler temperature, your sack will "contract" if its colder then it likes moving your balls back up closer to the warmth of your body,

this is a term which is widely misunderstood, and is mainly used as a term for starting puberty, when your balls will "drop". This doesn't actually happen

Balls don't drop, unless you are born with "undescended testicle", which means that while developing, one or two testicles didn't naturally descend into the scrotum.
People often use this term in puberty to mean growth of testicles, when the testicles seem to hang lower than they previously were.

No dude that’s different
Part of puberty is your sack gets longer so your plums can stay cooler by hanging away from the body, it’s importent for sperm

It's a metaphor for puberty as a whole. Medically speaking your balls drop when you're a baby or very young child due to how a foetus develops in the womb in terms of gender

Technically a boy’s testicles should have dropped during infancy, they literally descend into the scrotum; if this doesn’t happen by the time he is five he will have to have an operation.
However, the term – balls-dropped has always been misused to mean a lad has started to produce sperm during puberty.

Before puberty they are tight, in the sack, tight to your body and when they drop they hang in the sack down in your pubic-region. Only once this has happened, one can produce semen and 'cum' - Hope that makes sense!

I always thought balls dropping was when you start making Ejaculating.
Like when someone says I bet your balls haven't dropped yet.
