How do you get rid of them. I am embarrassed by them. I am not fat or chubby. I even have a flat chest but my nipples and areolas poke out like a girls chest. Its ok at home because nobody sees me besides family but embarrassed in public if I wear a tank or thin white shirt.

Wear thicker shirt maybe? Does it help?

work out. it helps to flatten them out, also, as others have said, they go away in time anyway.

Maybe they're just natural pecs.

I think you will grow out of that when you get older.

Everybody is built different so like others have said, you could try working out to build up the muscles under your nipples or wearing different shirts. There is a condition usually showing up during puberty called gynecomastia which basically causes the beginnings of female traits (specifically partial breasts) to develop in boys, but it doesn't really sound like you have that but obviously I'm no expert. For now, time and experimenting with exercise just to see if it helps seems like the best course of action.

I'd say just work out so it'll be muscle instead of "boy tits" as you called them

If ur pecs r puffy it is caused by hormones
and as u get older the puffiness will go away.
If u r self conscious to take ur shirt off then
don't if u feel embarrassed. Like they said
above start working ur pec muscles to get
some tone in them. When I was 13 and I
had the same prob I wore a white tank top
undershirt boys small and that added extra
tone to my chest. That was under a regular
shirt.

I'm sure they'll go soon.

It’s most likely a temporary hormonal thing, but like everyone else says, you could try working out.

I will try to exercise then.

Just be patient, it can take a long time to see results.

I have to wear a thick undershirt for them not to show because they really poke out.

That is what I mentioned above. U can also find support
undershirts like Under Armor that would flatten out ur
pecs. It doesn't have to b a thick shirt like u said. These
support undershirts r thin fabric and they do a good job.

Caused by hormones. It will get away overtime especially when you work out. I had that when i was your age

Caused by hormones.

It's what they call baby fat.

No worries just accept it since literally everybody goes through this stage. It's totally natural and ok.

they will go away by themselves. It is completely normal, it happens to many boys ;)

Would it stick out if you wore a jacket or a sweatshirt? That might work. You obviously can't make them go away any way other than waiting time.

That is happening to me. I was told it's normal. Just wear an A-Tee (I think that's what it is called) under your t shirt. That makes it less noticeable. It's happens to a lot of us so I wouldn't think about Ti too much. I had someone make a joke about me once, it was a friend. He wasn't being mean so we all just laughed.

In early 6th grade I noticed I was getting firm lumps inside behind my nipples and it was making them stick out a little bit. This was right about the same time when I first started sprouting my first pubic hairs. I freaked out, worried I might actually be a GIRL. But eventually all of that went away, as all my baby fat started begin replaced by muscle.
Here's my advice: Gather up all your courage and ASK YOUR DAD. Share with him and show him your concern, and ask him if this happened to him when he was your age. (It might be hereditary.)

Yes, like many have said, it's most likely a hormone thing. But unlike others, I would say that this might not go away on it's own (but it might)... There are boys who develop a high estrogen amount in their body - it causes a breasts to grow, stops developing muscular body, makes it hairless and you don't experience puberty like you should. It means your hormone levels are disturbed. Those can be enviromental causes and those can be genetical causes. To know for sure, consult a doctor, make some analyzes because if you are going through puberty and your hormonal balance is disturbed it can cause severe problems in the future. Don't take the risk, see a doctor...
