It's normal. Mine does it to some extent as well. Some guys' foreskins don't but technically the penis is more or less designed to have the foreskin retract when it expands.

Yes, this has happened since i was 16 and approached 8" in length. My foreskin retracts completely behind the glans. I guess when you reach a certain size, it's more likely to do that.

I peek out when hard but don't retract. I think its normal for things like that to happen to foreskin when you get hard.

Unless you have a tight foreskin or a phimosis, I think it’s the normal way for the glans to uncover when hard.

I am uncut. When I get a boner my foresking roll back but all all the way. My foresking roll back until half of the head.

Even when I am jerking off I can't pull my foresking after the head. Just with a lot of effort and when I do, it get king of stuck.

Phimosis is a condition where your foreskin can't be pulled back to expose the tip of penis; therefore you risked a strangulation of penile tip.

Doctors might circumcise you if it interferes bodily functions.

It is definitely normal for it to retract.

The foreskin is elastic. There is also a band of tissue towards the end of it called the ridged band. When that band is slighly beyond the end of the glans it is what bunch the skin together to fully cover the tip.

Obviously when you get erect the main part of the penis becomes longer. At that point one of two things can happen. The skin itself can stretch to take up the extra length or the ridged band can stretch making the hole in the end of the skin wider so the head can slip through and become exposed. What actually happens for any one person is usually going to a mixture of both so what extent the glans ends up exposed depends on the relatively elasticity of these two areas. Like many things this will vary from one person to another and all this variation is quite normal.

What happens with phimosis is that the ridged band is fibrous and will not stretch so the hole in the end of the skin cannot open up to let the glans through. That means the skin has to stretch instead to take up the extra length.

My experance is when that happens to me the first thing I think of is to get soft right away so my foreskin retracts back to normal. But I dont think that happens too often, at least to me, but it has. I feel so sorry for the kid that gets circumcised in his teens and has to walk around with his glans exposed. I think I would wear a jock strap.

Yeah it means something the head, including the glans, will expose themselves through being hard rather than retracting it yourself. It can be uncomfortable if your pants are tight or if your dick isn’t comfortably positioned for being hard. I find it usually isn’t too bad though because if it’s that good of an erection I’ll be horny too so want to jerk off
