From my experience, it should be perfectly fine to finish inside, if you have good quality condoms. I would never risk it with cheap ones, but even they are still better than having no protection or relying on 'pulling out'.

Make sure to use a good brand, they're less likely to break. And always check the condom after finishing to make sure it's not leaking. To be 100% sure, you can fill it a little with water and see if it leaks or not for example. If there's a leak then I suggest she take the morning-after pill.
